Fraktion acquires Pecule and accelerates its growth to become the European reference for tokenization and distribution of private assets

Paris, the 05/11/2025 — Fraktion, a SaaS solution dedicated to the tokenization and management of real world assets (Real World Assets), supported in the operation by the investment bank Lukeiōn Advisory, announces the strategic acquisition of Pecule, a French fintech specialized in the creation of platforms for issuing digital financial securities.

This operation marks a key step in accelerating Fraktion's commercial development. Together, the two companies now combine more than 20 active platforms within an integrated infrastructure, offering issuers and distributors full access to the structuring, tokenization and digital distribution of private assets.

By combining their expertise, Fraktion and Pecule aim to support their clients in raising several tens of millions of euros, thus contributing to accelerating the digitalization and democratization of the private asset market.

Commercial acceleration at the service of established issuers

The objective of this merger is above all strategic and commercial : attracting more established issuers, such as real estate companies and institutional players, and strengthening the capacity to deploy new platforms.

A European and international ambition

This union paves the way for:

• more than 40 operational platforms as of next year,
  
• the extension to Europe and the Middle East, with a focus on Dubai and high-potential Asian markets,
  
• the structuring of strategic partnerships to strengthen digital distribution to CGPs, family offices and specialized platforms.
  

The acquisition of Pecule marks a new stage in Fraktion's continued growth, after a successful seed fundraiser that raised €1.1 million earlier this year. Since its launch on the Tezos blockchain in 2023, Fraktion has continued its founding mission: democratizing investment in physical assets. Now, Fraktion and Pecule are thus positioned as the reference integrated infrastructure for digital private assets, capable of supporting issuers and investors in the modernization and fluidity of the market.
